Individual Therapy
The therapeutic relationship is the most important component of the therapy process and we recognize that getting started can feel intimidating. It may help to know that our initial goal is to create a comfortable, trusting, and collaborative relationship with you. Some people may enjoy more directed or guided therapy while others want it to be less interactive. As you get to know your clinician you will work together to find the style that feels most comfortable to you and will be most advantageous in reaching your goals.
